Lazying about

Mia sighed lightly as she looked at the keys to the piano in the music room. She let her fingers linger over the black panel above the keys before she tapped a couple of the keys letting out a flowing short tune as she sat down. 'When was the last time I played?' She thought idly before her fingers glided over the keys, a slow yet sad sounding melody left the piano and resounded against the walls of the room as she played with half lidded green eyes. She had surprised herself to remember the song that she played before she stopped playing piano and choose the violin.

She could remember when Anna and herself would play when they were younger, Anna stopped playing first though because of her mother and Mia a few years later because of a simply depression that she was glad to be over after a couple years. Even if it did take her a while to touch the piano again.
