Giotto narrowed his eyes as he followed her, "Riku..." He muttered quietly, kneeling in front of her and placing a hand on the top of her head. "I'm going to help get you over your fear...alright?"

Riku hesitated before she nodded at him and looked up at him with her teary red eyes before she hugged him tightly, burying her head into his chest as she let out a loud sob. "I don't want to have to go through that again.." She mumbled quickly, the poor brisk bottle was ready to burst from how hard she was squeezing it.

"You're not going to...I promise.." Giotto said, lightly stroking her hair and holding her against him. "Loosen your grip...unless you want both of us to be covered in iced tea.." He said softly, smiling a bit.

Riku nodded quietly before she loosened her grip on the bottle a bit so there wasn't pressure pushing the liquid out. "C-Can we go for lunch now?" she asked him, her voice was a bit shaky as she looked up at his blue eyes.

"Of course we can....come..." Giotto said, taking her hand and standing up. "Did you want any place in particular..?" He asked, attempting to take her mind off of everything as he led her to the stairs.

"Not really...wherever you want to go is fine with me," Riku said as she clung to him and went down the stairs, her hands shook a bit in his grip.

"Why don't we go try the new Chinese restaurant that just opened up a few days ago?" Giotto asked, opening the door to the ground floor and holding it open for her.

Riku nodded at him before she gripped his hand and headed for the ffront door. "That sounds good," She said to him as she clinged to his arm and nuzzled it lightly.

"Alright, then lets go.." Giotto said, smiling a bit as he wrapped an arm around her and headed towards the restaurant. "Do you have anything you especially want?"

"Eh?" Riku looked up at him a bit confused for a moment. She was still out of it after the whole elevator incident and she leaned against him a bit more. "Sorry...still not all here," She mumbled to him as her red orbs fixed themselves on his blue ones.

"It's alright...just take your time." Giotto said quietly, lightly running his fingers through her hair before looking up for a moment. He started in the direction of the restaurant with Riku tightly held against his side.

Riku nodded at him quietly as she closed her eyes and let him lead her to where she needed to go. "Ok...I guess I'll just have a small meal, my stomach's doing some flips and it needs to stop," She muttered to him as she opened her eyes again. "Thank you for trying to help me back there Giotto."

"I didn't have a choice, now did I?" Giotto said quietly, looking down at her with narrowed eyes. "There's no way that I would just stand around while you're in pain...I can't do that."

Riku gave him a weak smile before nuzzling his arm and gripping his hand tighter. "I-I hated when they did that to me..." She muttered quietly before shuddering at the memories.

"Don't think about it...only think about the future from here on out.." Giotto replied calmly, his voice low as he nodded to the waiter who started leading them to a table.

"A-Alright," Riku said to him and gave him a small smile again before sitting down in her seat when they reached their table. "I will Giotto."

Giotto smiled lightly, looking up to the waiter. "I think I'm going to have just the chicken meal..." He said, pointing to the 'kung-pao' chicken that was on the front of the menu.

"I'll have that aswell," Riku said to the water who nodded while jotting it down. "What would you like to drink?" She asked them both and Riku's eyes skimmed through the list of drinks. "I'll just have some rassberry iced tea," Riku said quietly before handing her the menu and smiled at Giotto.

"And I'll take a Sprite.." Giotto said quietly, handing the menu to the waiter as he nodded and walked off to get them their drinks. "...I think I might go to bed early tonight..."

Riku frowned lightly. "Why? You don't feel well?" She asked him with concern in her eyes as she gazed at the blonde before leaning forward and touching his forehead with the back of her hand.

"I feel fine, just tired. I did some paper work after you fell asleep last night and I was up until almost 7am..." Giotto said, sighing a bit as he closed his eyes.

Riku's frown deepened. "If you were tired this morning we could've stayed in so you could rest Giotto," She said to him quietly and looked down at the table. "I don't want you passing out on me."

"It's fine. I've never passed out before. I'm used to small amounts of sleep..." Giotto replied, opening his eyes a bit and crossing his arms over his chest. "You don't need to worry."

Nodding quietly as the waitress broght over their food she started to eat silently. Riku shuddered a bit as a cold chill went up her spine and she turned around to look overher shoulder. That was...odd. She furrowed her eyebrows before going back to eating.

Somehow, Giotto was able to eat with his eyes closed, thoughts going through his mind swiftly. '...I think I'm going to need to have a chat with Asari.. He thought to himself, hoping Asari would be able to watch Riku while he did some paperwork.
